Go4Ward to Work
Our Go4Ward to Work programme is aimed at helping both Education and Employers.
We can help you understand the positive aspects of neurodivergence conditions and help match those conditions to job roles and responsibilities, bringing out the best of the individual and helping to contribute to your business’ success.
This programme will not just include neurodivergence, it will include physical disability, long term health conditions and mental health challenges, and will help to break down barriers and give the step-up young people need. Being a healthy and able young person who has access to transport, with good grades and the opportunity to get on a training programme is still a struggle, so imagine if you are disabled or unable in some way.
We want to remove barriers, help young people believe that they can make a difference and that automotive is a place which is inclusive and supportive.
